中文摘要: 基于二元给体(D)-受体(A)交替共聚物的有机太阳能电池已取得8%的光电转换效率,但其分子结构设计上可以具有更好的可控性,使其能级结构更加合理,更有益于激子拆分,且进一步增强光吸收能力与拓宽光吸收范围。本项目拟采用合理的分子设计构筑一系列新型的三元共轭聚合物体系用作有机太阳能电池的给体材料。以三个D-π-A、D2-D1-A、D-A1-D-A2体系为对象,系统研究其D、A组分单元的不同构筑、比例、排布对共轭聚合物的能级结构、溶解性与分子链堆砌的影响。面向这些共轭聚合物,通过器件性能、电荷输运与界面的研究,构建一个化学结构-功能-性能-器件的合理关联,为实现稳定高效的有机太阳能电池应用提供理论与实验的科学依据。

英文摘要: Traditional organic solar cells based on binary donor-acceptor (D-A) copolymers have achieved 8% power conversion efficiency. However, more tunable D-A molecular structures are needed to give a better control of energy levels, which leads to better exicton dissociation and simultaneously improved optical absorption. This proposal is aimed to design and synthesize a series of novel ternary conjugated copolymers used as donor for organic solar cells. Three ternary structures are constructed based on D-π-A, D2-D1-A and D-A1-D-A2. We plan to conduct systematic studies of the influences of structure, composition ratio, sequence of D and A units along the backbone on energy levels, solubility and chain packing of resulting copolymers. Device performance, charge transport and interfaces of these terpolymers based organic solar cells will be then evaluated. The ultimate goal of the proposal is to develop a molecular understanding of structure-function-property-performance relations of D-A terpolymers toward high-efficiency and stable solar cells.
