中文摘要: 锚杆支护具有成本低和施工简便等优点,是煤矿巷道的主要支护形式。煤矿巷道锚杆支护大多数都采用非全长粘接式树脂锚杆,其支护质量与性能主要取决于施工质量及支护围岩的自身条件等,因此,锚杆支护质量和性能的无损有效检测一直是国内外科技界探索的重点研究方向之一。本项研究采用结构动力学原理,研发适用于煤矿锚杆支护质量与性能检测的随机、实时、无损检测方法和仪器设备。主要内容:建立非全长粘接式锚杆支护围岩系统的动力学模型,分析并揭示锚杆动力无损检测的基本原理,给出围岩岩性、锚杆轴受力、锚杆外端约束状态等对锚杆动力特性的影响规律;研究与开发适用于煤矿锚杆检测的动力无损检测系统,包括:信号采集系统、专用传感器、动力信号激发系统和专用锚杆质量分析软件等;通过专用实验设备及现场工业性试验的系统测定与验证,建立煤矿锚杆支护质量与性能检测的新方法与标准。研究成果可为煤矿锚杆支护机理与设计方法研究提供重要的基础研究手段。

英文摘要: Rock bolt is the main support form in coalmine with low cost and easy construction. The most bolts used in the tunnel are non-fully bonded resin bolts. Its supporting quality and capability are decided by the initial construction quality and the surrounding rock condition. The Non-destructive testing technology of bolt supporting quality and capability is one of the key research directions in scientific and technological circles. This project will develop the technology and equipments for the random, real time and non-destructive testing of bolt supporting quality and capability based on the principles of structural dynamics. The primary contents include: establishing the dynamic model of the non-fully bonded bolt and the surrounding rock, revealing the basic principle of dynamic non-destructive testing for rock bolt, analyzing the influences of surrounding rock, bolt axial force and constraint condition on the dynamic characteristics of bolt. Studying and developing the dynamic non-destructive test system for the rock bolt in coalmine, such as signal acquisition systems, special sensors, power signal excitation system and anchor quality analysis software.
