中文摘要: 认知网络中视频通信研究可以使得无线资源获得合理优化的配置,从而提升端到端的视频通信质量。针对传统的研究将通信网络和视频编码调度孤立开来,而无法对视频编码特性与通信网络特征进行协同控制这一问题,课题采用应用驱动的跨层方法展开研究。主要研究内容:认知网络中应用驱动的视频通信跨层体系架构研究;主用户行为和次级视频用户延迟约束联合分析的频谱感知频度研究;认知网络资源约束下的视频编码与包调度联合策略研究;认知网络中次级视频用户通信的多层联合跨层算法研究。创新点:将主用户行为和次级视频用户的内容信息与认知网络资源纳入整体的跨层框架,达到多层资源的优化配置;基于三种典型的跨层模式进行算法设计,全面系统的研究跨层设计下的资源配置方案;针对视频传输的实时性要求,提出低算法复杂度的优化问题求解方案。本课题将在理论和技术上有所突破和创新,达到提升认知网络中次级视频用户的端到端感受质量的目标。

英文摘要: The research on video communications can optimize the configuration of the wireless resource and improve the end-to-end video quality.The traditional research uaually seperates wireless networks from video coding and scheduling. In this research, the application-driven cross-layer design is employed to gelobally optimize the parameters of the video coding and communication networks. To be specific, our research is composed of the following four facets: 1) application-driven cross-layer framework for video communications; 2) spectrum sensing frequentness by joint primary user behaviours and the delay constraints of secondary video user; 3) cross-layer strategy by joint video coding and packet scheduling under the contraint of cognitive network resources; 4) mutiple cross-layer strategy for secondary video user. Innovation points: 1) Taking primary user behaviours and content information of secondary video user into the cross-layer framework; 2) based on three cross-layer patterns, the strategies are studies to optimal the resource configuration; 3) To satisfy the real-time requirement, the solution with low-complexity is studies. This project is expected to get a breakthrough in theory and technology innovation in video transmission, and the proposed strategy can improve the end-to-end video quality for secondary users in cognitive networks.
