中文摘要: 聚酰亚胺是主链上含有酰亚胺环酰亚胺基团的一类聚合物,有良好的化学、物理、力学和电学性能,在现代工业中得到了广泛的应用,被称为是"解决问题的能手",但聚酰亚胺膜也同时存在着一些缺点,限制其的进一步应用;表面改性成为有效改善这些缺点的方法之一。本课题拟利用金属真空蒸汽离子源技术研究不同注入种类、不同注入剂量以及能量下表面注入层中聚酰亚胺各官能团的化学降解,石墨化以及微晶化转变机制。拟通过紫外可见透射光谱分析,傅里叶转换红外光谱分析,电性能测量,X射线光电子能谱以及扫描电子显微镜,透射电子显微镜等手段对注入层进行分析,同时结合SRIM和TRIDYN程序进行模拟计算;在理论模拟计算结果指导下理解电子能损过程在微观结构及宏观物理特性变化过程;分析离子/电子-聚合物的作用机理,重点分析金属离子注入聚酰亚胺膜过程中引起的微观效应对宏观结合力的影响机制;提出能够大幅提高聚酰亚胺膜表面附着力的可靠工艺流程。

英文摘要: Polyimide as a problem-solved material with imide rings and other functional groups in the main chain, is widely used in the mordern industry because of its excellent properties in chemistry, physics, mechanics and electrics. Surface modification is one of the most efficient methods to improve the exist problems of low hydrophilic, weak surface rigidity and high friction co-efficient which limit polyimide's further application in industry. Chemical degradation and graphite transition mechanism of functional group in polyimide pretreated with metal ions plasma by metal vapor vacuum arc technique is going to be implemented in this project; several analysis methods will be used, for example, ultraviolet visible transimission spectroscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, X ray photoelectron spectroscopy,scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope; and we will also take some theoretical simulations based on Srim and Tridyn codes;The relationship between microstructure and macrophyical /macrochemical properties, the mechanism of the interaction between ions/electrons and polyimide, and the micro-effect induced by different types of metals, different energy and doses are all going to be studied in this task,and a suitable technological process is expected to be proposed basing on the thor
