中文摘要: 无线低功耗技术的发展使得传感网在军事监控、灾害预警、城市计算等领域得到了广泛应用。网络测量技术能够使网络设计者和管理者了解传感网内部的运行状态,为故障诊断、协议优化等操作提供数据基础。传统的测量技术架构封闭,配置困难,已难以满足日趋复杂的应用场景。本项目拟研究面向传感网的软件定义测量技术,在测量平台以及测量方法两个方面提出一系列关键技术,构建灵活、高效、精确的软件定义测量体系。首先,项目拟研究灵活可配置的测量平台架构,包括基于重定向表的节点架构,基于链路层抢占的实时指令分发,以及基于数据层复用的测量数据收集等。其次,项目拟在研究测量任务可测性理论的基础上,提出基于零冲突路径压缩的分布式动态拓扑测量方法以及基于多数据包协同优化的链路性能测量方法。最后,项目拟针对中等规模的传感网测试床,实现所提出的测量平台以及测量方法,验证并优化所提技术在真实网络中的效果。

英文摘要: Recent advances in low-power wireless technologies have enabled a variety of applications of sensor networks, such as military surveillance, disaster warning, and urban computing. Network measurement technologies enable the network designers and managers to understand more internal network behaviors, providing a data basis for fault diagnosis, protocol optimization, and etc. Traditional measurement technologies have closed architecture and are difficult to configure, posing difficulties to be used in more and more complex applications. This project aims to study software-defined measurement technologies, and propose a set of measurement platform technologies and measurement methods, for flexible, efficient, and accurate network measurement in sensor networks. First, we study a flexible and configurable measurement platform, including node architecture based on redirect table, real-time control instruction dissemination based on link layer preemption, and measurement data collection based on data plane reusing. Second, we study the measurability theory of measurement tasks, then propose a distributed measurement method for dynamic topology based on conflict-free path encoding and link metric measurement method based on multi-packets collaboration. Finally, we implement and evaluate the proposed measurement technologies in real sensor networks.
