中文摘要: 如何综合利用对地观测技术和地面实测数据,研究冻土时空演化模式与区域气候反馈作用,已成为当前人类生存和社会可持续发展的焦点。作为冰冻圈中全球变暖敏感因子,冻土关系着区域乃至全球水文、生态、碳循环、地表景观、基建设施的动态平衡和安全运营。充分考虑雷达遥感全天时、全天候特性及星载平台迅猛发展趋势,利用卫星雷达遥感获取边远、极寒冻土地表信息参数不仅切实可行,而且具有深远科学价值和应用前景。针对我国青藏高原冻土,本课题以雷达遥感为主导,地面实测为辅助,系统研究雷达干涉冻土形变精确监测和近实时预警模型,探索冻土时空演化与区域气候变化响应机制;突破复杂场景雷达影像高精度配准、地表形变场及时间序列估算等科学问题,提供面向冻土形变演化信息提取的PS-InSAR方法,为我国青藏边远地区建设、青藏铁路安全运营、社会可持续发展和区域气候、环境变化提供技术手段和理论基础。

英文摘要: Jointly using space-observed and ground-based data, the interaction between the permafrost degradation and regional climate change has become the key issue for the sustainable development of society. Permaforst,a sentitive factor for global warming in Cryosphere, has close relationship with the dynamic balance of hydrography, ecosystem,carbon cycle,landscape and infrastructures safty operation in reginal or global scales. Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) is capable of acquiring information under all weather conditions as well as at all times. Considering the above advantages as well as spaceborne platforms development,it is feasible and promising to monitor the permaforst in arid and cold districts using SAR remote sensing. In this project, w.r.t.the permafrost in Tibetan Plateau, we will study the algothrims for permafrost deformation monitoring and infrastruture early-warning using SAR data supplemented by other observations. Then, the coupling mechanism between permafrost and regional environment will further exploited. The deliverables of this project, particularly the methods, e.g. complicated scene SAR image registration, permafrost-oriented PS-InSAR (Persistent Scatterers Interferometric SAR) models and time series estimation, will be benefical for the sustainable development of Tibetau region, safety opera
