中文摘要: 固体润滑涂层在高技术领域有着广泛的应用,对于解决在极端苛刻工况条件下的磨损和润滑问题、提高设备运行的稳定性和可靠性具有十分重要的意义。随着固体润滑涂层在润滑油环境下实际应用的不断增多,其在油润滑下的摩擦学行为研究也就显得越来越重要。因此本项目拟针对固体润滑涂层与润滑油之间的相容性和协同性问题,开展高性能固体润滑涂层的设计、制备及其在油润滑下的摩擦学性能研究,通过树脂改性和组分控制及纳米填料复合技术,研制油润滑下新型长寿命的固体润滑涂层材料。研究固体润滑涂层的化学组成、微观结构、制备工艺及润滑油的粘度和极性对油润滑下涂层摩擦学性能的影响,探索涂层与润滑油之间相互影响的内在联系及作用机理,形成油润滑下具有优异摩擦磨损性能的固体润滑涂层材料的关键制备技术,为研发性能优异的高可靠性固体润滑涂层材料提供理论依据和技术支撑。

英文摘要: Solid lubricant coatings are widely used in many high technology fields to solve tribological problems, such as wear, lubrication, adhesion and scuffing of mechanisms encountering extreme environments and severe operating conditions, which would increase the stability and dependability of the mechanisms. Alone with the increasing application of the coatings in oil lubrication conditions, it is exigent to investigate the tribological behaviors of the solid lubricant coatings under oil lubrication. By means of adjusting compatibility and cooperativity between solid lubricant coating and lubricant oil, a new-style solid lubricant coating with long life and good tribological performance is designed and prepared through resin doping, components adjusting and nanoparticles composite technology. The effects of chemical component, microcosmic configuration,prepared technology, and the viscosity and polarity of the oils on the tribological behaviors of the coating under oil lubrication are studied, and the abrasion mechanism of the coating under oil lubrication is discussed. Through this study, the pivotal technique of the coating preparation is acquired, which would provide a frame of reference to the exploitation of coatings with excellent tribological performance and high dependability.
