中文摘要: 服役中的飞机发动机,高速机车,地铁,汽车,桥梁,精密车床等结构中的一些关键零部件均在多轴随机载荷下运行。研究同时适用于单轴与多轴比例与非比例随机载荷作用下的高周多轴疲劳寿命预测方法对重大装备的安全服役具有重要的理论和工程实际意义。本项目结合疲劳力学、损伤力学、微细观力学,对工程实际服役中的复杂机械结构在随机单轴与多轴比例非比例交互加载下的宏观与微观疲劳损伤机制进行系统的定量理论分析和试验研究。深入研究随机多轴载荷下的高周疲劳损伤特性。针对随机多轴加载下疲劳裂纹形成过程中的动态损伤特性进行试验研究,抓住单轴循环加载,多轴比例加载,非比例加载下疲劳损伤的共同本质特性,建立能够综合反映其三维损伤特性的多轴疲劳损伤模型,最终给出能够同时适用于单多轴随机加载情况下复杂工程结构的高周疲劳损伤及寿命预测方法,为提高我国重大装备的高效安全运行和延寿技术水平奠定坚实的基础。

英文摘要: Aircraft engines, high-speed locomotives, subway vehicles, automobiles, bridges, precision lathes and other key parts of the structures in service, are subjected to multiaxial random loading. The investigations of high-cycle multiaxial fatigue life prediction method applied to both uniaxial and multiaxial proportional and non-proportional random loading will ensure major equipments for security service, which have extremely important theoretical and practical significance. This project will make quantitative and theoretical analysis and experimental studies for mechanisms of fatigue damage by combining with fatigue mechanics, damage mechanics, micro and meso mechanics for complex mechanical structures in actual engineering service under proportional and non-proportional random multiaxial loading. High-cycle multiaxial fatigue damage characteristics under random multiaxial loading will be studied further. The process of dynamic damage properties during the fatigue crack initiation process will be ivestigated under random multiaxial loading, which grasps the common essential characteristics of the fatigue damage under uniaxial cyclic loading, multiaxial proportional loading, and non-proportional loading.A multiaxial fatigue damage model that can reflect its three dimensional damage characteristics will be proposed
