中文摘要: 本研究拟以我国城镇化、工业化快速发展背景下滨海开发带盐城大丰为研究区域,发展生态用地遥感地学认知方法,研究基于多源遥感数据的面向知识的生态用地遥感监测信息快速提取方法,以及高光谱和LIDAR等多源数据的植被生物量和有机碳遥感估测方法,揭示滨海开发带生态用地时空演变格局、规律与影响机制,研发生态用地信息管理的基于网格-行政单元的多尺度信息综合集成管理等网格化监管关键技术,并提出滨海开发带精细化生态管护方法,以拓展我国土地变化科学研究和土地资源与生态系统遥感监测理论和方法,为土地资源管理方式向“数量管控,质量管理,生态管护”并重转变提供技术支撑。

英文摘要: The studied areas is located in Dafeng city which is in the core area of coastal development region in Jiangsu province and is belonged to one of high-potential development region in China coastal zone. In the study, the method of remote sensing geo-cognition on ecological land is to be developed. The methods of knowledge-oriented intelligent identification and extraction of ecological land information are to be studied based on multi-source remote sensing data. The remote sensing estimation methods of vegetation biomass and carbon are also to be studues based on hyperspectral image and LIDAR data and multi-source data. The spatial and temporal changes in ecological land and their driving forces are to be discovered. The key techniques for grid management on the information of ecological land based on the multi-scale information based on the mode of grid-administrative unit are to be developed. The precision method of ecological management and protection is to be proposed in the typical region. This study will contribute to the development of land change science research and the theory and method of remote sensing monitoring on land resource and ecological system, and will supply technical support for the change of the land resource management mode of “quantity control and management” & “quality management” & ecological management and protection”.
