中文摘要: 针对多节串联管型固体氧化物燃料电池(SS-SOFC),在高燃料利用率情况下,上游燃料入口处的单节电池电压会明显的高于下游燃料出口处的单节电池电压的问题。首次提出通过增加下游单节电池宽度,来提高下游电压,使各单节电池的电压趋于一致,提高电池的稳定性和发电效率。通过数学模拟来研究和理解SS-SOFC中传递过程规律及其几何结构对单节电池电压的影响,优化电池结构,制备出单节电压一致的电池。主要研究内容有:(1)SS-SOFC中变化的单节电池宽度对单节电池电压的影响机制。(2)燃料利用率对单节电池电压的影响规律。(3)SS-SOFC中支撑体的厚度及其孔隙率对电压一致性的影响规律。通过以上研究,认识SS-SOFC的宽度变化与单节电池电压的关系,阐明SS-SOFC中单节电池运行条件及支撑体结构对其电压和电流密度关系的影响,提高对多节串联SOFC的认识,为研制出高可靠性、低成本的SOFC奠定基础。

英文摘要: For the segmented-in-series tubular solid oxide fuel cells (SS-SOFC), at the high fuel utilization, the unit cell voltage at the upstream close to the fuel inlet is obviously higher than that at the downstream. For the first time, increasing the unit cell width at the downstream is proposed to enhance the unit cell voltage at the downstream, making the unit cell voltage uniformly at the SS-SOFC and improving the SOFC's stability and efficiency. Therefore, the mathematical models of the SS-SOFC will be built in order to understand the transport process in the SS-SOFC and to study the effect of the geometry structure on the unit cell voltage, optimizing the cell geometry and preparing the SS-SOFC with the uniform unit cell voltage. For further study, there are three aspects of researches needed to be done. The first one is the study of the effect of the unit cell width on the unit cell voltage; the second is the study of the effect of the fuel utilization on unit cell voltage; the third is the study of the influence law of the thickness and porosity of the substrate layer on the uniformity of the unit cell voltages. It will reveal the relationship between the unit cell width change and the unit cell voltage in the SS-SOFC.
