中文摘要: PCB电路是现代电子系统中的关键组成部分。外部电磁脉冲(High Power Electromagnetic Pulse, HPEMP)可以通过电子系统上的天线、孔缝或线缆等结构耦合进入系统内部,然后通过线缆的直接传导或者内部辐射场的辐射耦合进一步作用到系统内PCB上,并对PCB上的电路和器件产生干扰或损伤,从而影响整个电子系统。PCB电路系统HPEMP效应不仅与电路、器件有关,而且与HPEMP和耦合途径等因素有关。由于现有的研究方法还存在不足,本项目拟基于瞬态电磁拓扑方法,结合电路/器件混合模拟技术,推导外场激励下典型PCB布线的SPICE等效电路模型,从而建立一套能有效开展HPEMP与PCB电路系统相互作用研究的方法;并用建立的方法研究HPEMP特性、腔体共振和PCB布线等对典型PCB电路系统的影响。本项目能够为PCB电路HPEMP效应研究提供技术手段,为PCB电路设计提供技术支撑。

英文摘要: PCB circuits are the key parts of modern electronic systems. External high power electromagnetic pulses (HPEMP) can couple into systems through antennas, apertures, and wires, then couple onto PCBs via the direct conduction of wires and the radiation coupling of the interior fields, and generate interferences or damages to the circuits and devices on PCBs, which results in the influences on the whole electronic systems. The interaction of HPEMP with PCB circuits not only depends on the circuits and devices, but also relies on external HPEMPs and coupling paths, et al. Due to the insufficiencies of the existing methods, this project, based on the transient electromagnetic topology and combing with the circuit/device hybrid simulation method, develops SPICE models for typical PCB wiring excited by external fields, gives the method for the analysis of HPEMPs interaction with PCB circuits, and studies the effects of HPEMPs, cavity resonances, and PCB wirings on a typical PCB circuit.This Subject can provide technical means for the analysis of HPEMP effects on PCB circuits and technical supports for the PCB circuit design.
