中文摘要: 漆酶因其氧化还原活性中心的结构比较复杂,在通常情况下难以实现其与电极之间的直接电子转移和对氧气电化学还原的生物电化学催化,因而极大的限制了其在生物电化学和电分析化学以及生物燃料电池研究中的应用。本项目拟设计合成结构不同的各种碳材料(碳纳米管、纳米石墨烯、电纺碳管微米带),在研究碳材料结构性质的基础上,系统地研究漆酶在不同碳材料上的电子转移机理及其对于氧气还原的生物电化学催化性能,并探讨碳材料的结构、尺寸等与漆酶电子转移和生物电化学催化性能之间的相关性,进而研究漆酶在不同碳材料电极上的电子转移和生物电催化机理;在此基础上,探索提高漆酶和新型碳材料生物燃料电池输出功率的新途径和新方法。本项目研究不仅会大大促进生物电化学和电分析化学的发展,而且也将为高性能生物燃料电池的研制提高理论依据。

英文摘要: Direct electron transfer of laccase with electrode and bioelectrocatalytic reduction of oxygen by laccase was generally difficult due to the complex structres of its redox centers. Thus, the application of laccase in bioelectrochemistry, electroanalysis and biofuel cell was greatly restricted. This project is planning to synthesize the carbon materials with different structures (e.g., carbon nanotube, nanographene platelet, electrospun carbon nanotube microbelt), study the electron transfer of laccase immobilized onto carbon materials and the bioelectrocatalytic activity to oxygen reduction, explore the relationship between the structures and sizes of carbon materials and the electron transfer and bioelectrocatalytic properties of laccase, and further study the mechanism of electron transfer and biocatalysis for laccase immobilized onto different carbon electrodes. On this basis, we will explore the new ways and new methods for enhancing the power output of biofuel cell based on laccase and carbon materials. This research project will not only greatly facilitate the development of bioelectrochemistry and electroanalysis chemistry, but also provide theoretical basis for developing high-performance biofuel cell.
