中文摘要: 粮食低温真空连续干燥技术与装备的开发在我国率先取得突破,具有高效、节能、环保等优点,已成为我国具有原创性的农产品加工新技术,代表了粮食干燥技术发展的新方向,其过程的探测和控制是该项技术推广应用关键技术之一,国内外对此基础和应用研究很缺乏,制约了该技术的深入发展。粮食真空连续干燥属非常规条件下的多孔介质的动态传热和传质过程,本项目拟从粮食静态真空干燥条件下物料介电特性实验研究出发,揭示介电特性变化与水分迁移过程的耦合关系,修正Debye介电特性分析模型;从粮食动态真空连续干燥条件下的实验研究出发,建立物料介电参数变化模型,以分析介电参数空间分布、时间变化与水分迁移的关系。提出粮食低温真空连续干燥过程水分在线检测、动态预测和实时控制的方法。项目具有重要学术研究和推广应用价值。为传统粮食干燥技术的深刻革新与进步提供技术支撑,并生产原创性成果。

英文摘要: The low-temperature continuous vacuum drying technology and equipment of grain make breakthrough in China. It has some distinctive characteristics such as higher drying rate,energy-saving and friendly to environment. Process detecting and controlling of this technology are key technologies.The drying process belong to dynamic heat and mass transfer of porous media under unconventional conditions. This project is to study grain dielectric properties in vacuum drying static and dynamic states.In static state,studying on the coupling relation between dielectric properties and moissture content and correcting the dielectric properies model of Debye.In dynamic state, we will establish model of dielectric parameters variation and analysis spatial distribution, temporal variation and moisture migration of dielectric properties. And put forward method of moisture on line measurement, dynamic forecase and real-time control. The project has important value in academic research and application.It offers technical support for traditional grain drying technology and generates original achievemnt.
