中文摘要: 现用CaO-SiO2硅酸盐为基保护渣在使用过程中存在两大难以解决的问题,即氟化物的污染和连铸含有较高活泼元素(如大于0.5%铝)钢种保护渣变性。而CaO-Al2O3铝酸盐渣系保护渣具有非反应性和环保优势。为此,课题提出采用铝酸盐渣系保护渣代替硅酸盐渣系保护渣的技术思路。通过开展低SiO2含量条件下铝酸钙渣系保护渣熔化流变特征、渣膜凝固结晶以及水浸过程中氟的迁移行为基础研究,得到CaO/Al2O3比、其它氧化物和熔剂类型及加入量对其物理性能影响和固氟能力的基础数据。在此基础上,寻求出既适合传统铝镇静钢、也适合含有较高活泼元素钢种(如高铝钢)具有满足连铸保护渣冶金功能(尤其是润滑和传热的功能)和环保要求(减少对连铸二冷水污染和设备腐蚀)的铝酸钙渣系连铸保护渣组成成分范围。为实现用铝酸盐渣系保护渣代替现有硅酸盐渣系结晶器保护渣打下理论基础。

英文摘要: Currently,there are two issues about conventional lime-silica based mold fluxes during continuous casting, namely fluoride pollution and an inherent instability due to gross reduction of SiO2 for casting such steels with higher active elements content(e.g. [Al]>0.5%). And that lime-alumina based mold fluxes have the advantage of both non-reactivity and environment protection.Therefore,an idea of lime-alumina based mold fluxes instead of lime-silica based mold fluxes is put forward. The fundamentals of lime-alumina based mold fluxes with lower SiO2 content will be investigated, including 1) melting and viscosity property,2) solidification and crystallization behavior, and 3) fluorine transfer during melt slags soaking process. And then, basic data about influence of w (CaO)/w (Al2O3) ratio, other oxide, fluidizing compound type and amount on physical properties and ability of controlling fluorine transfer will be obtained. On the basis of the above studies,it is expected to seek for the chemistry composition ranges of lime-alumina based mold fluxes with satisfying both metallurgy functions (especially lubrication and heat transfer) and environmental requirements (less secondary cooling water pollution and equipment corrosion), which is suitable for traditional aluminum killed steel and also suitable for higher ac
