ICSOC, the International Conference on Service-Oriented Computing, is the premier international forum for academics, industry researchers, developers, and practitioners to report and share groundbreaking work in service-oriented computing. ICSOC fosters cross-community scientific excellence by gathering experts from various disciplines, such as business-process management, distributed systems, computer networks, wireless and mobile computing, cloud computing, cyber-physical systems, networking, scientific workflows, services science, data science, management science, and software engineering.

ICSOC 2018, the 16th event in this series, will take place in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China on November 12-15, 2018. Following on the ICSOC tradition, it will feature visionary keynote presentations, research and industry presentations, workshops, tool demonstrations, tutorials, and a PhD track.

ICSOC 2018 seeks outstanding, original contributions, including theoretical and empirical evaluations, as well as practical and industrial experiences, with emphasis on results that solve open research problems and have significant impact on the field of service-oriented computing. Specific topics of interest include but are not limited to:

WER 2018 is the twentieth first edition of the Workshop on Requirements Engineering. The workshop started as a meeting of the Ibero-American requirements engineering community, but over the years has attracted attention from researchers from other parts of the world as well.

Between 2013 and 2017 WER was held as a track on CIbSE. In 2018, the Workshop will be held independently again. Thus, the Requirements Engineering Track on CIbSE and the Workshop on Requirements Engineering are complementary venues for the diffusion of research and practice on Requirements Engineering by and for the Ibero-American community.

We cordially invite you and members of your group to join us and discuss recent advancements on the topic of Requirements Engineering. The 2-day workshop will be held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, 05-06 September, 2018.

Welcome to the official website of the 2019 8th International Conference on Software and Computer Applications (ICSCA 2019). It will be held in the Penang, Malaysia during February 19-21, 2019.
