All accepted papers will be presented during the parallel sessions of the Conference and papers will be submitted for publication at IEEE Xplore Digital Library. IEEE CCWC 2019 is listed in the IEEE conference listing here. This conference will also promote an intense dialogue between academia and industry to bridge the gap between academic research, industry initiatives, and governmental policies. This is fostered through panel discussions, keynotes, invited talks and industry exhibits where academia is exposed to state-of-practice and results from trials and interoperability experiments. The industry in turn benefits by exposure to leading-edge research in networking as well as the opportunity to communicate with academic researchers regarding practical problems that require further research. Las Vegas is situated in the midst of the southern Nevada desert and it is the largest city in the state of Nevada. Las Vegas and its surrounding communities are famed for their mega-casino resorts. Along the brightly-lit Strip through the center of the city, visitors will find all manner of amusements and entertainment: circuses, stage shows, thrill rides, exotic animals, fine dining restaurants, shopping, and elaborate fountain displays. The city is laid out as follows: Main Street as well as the numbered streets run north-south, starting with Main Street in the west. The bus station is on Main Street. Downtown has several hotel-casinos, as well as the “Fremont Street Experience”, a pedestrian mall lined with casinos, shops, and restaurants near the western end of Fremont Street. A couple miles south of downtown starts the “Strip” (Las Vegas Boulevard South), a north-south street lined with large casino-hotels, shopping malls, and many other attractions. Security features prominently in the HiPEAC Horizon 2020 roadmap, both in Embedded and Mobile Systems strategic areas. Yet the hardware and software security community and the HiPEAC community have few points of contact. The main goal of this workshop is to provide a venue for security and cryptography experts to interact with the computer architecture and compilers community, aiming at cross-fertilization and multi-disciplinary approaches to security in computing systems. The wide diffusion of embedded systems, including multi-core, many-core, and reconfigurable platforms, poses a number of challenges related to the security of the operation of such systems, as well as of the information stored in them. Malicious adversaries can leverage unprotected communication to hijack cyber-physical systems, resulting in incorrect and potentially highly dangerous behaviours, or can exploit implementation specific vulnerabilities arising from the observation of side channel information (e.g., power, timing, electromagnetic emissions) and/or the malicious fault injections to recover secret information from a computing system. Untrustworthy third party software and hardware can create openings for such attacks, which must be detected and removed or countered. The prevalence of multi/many core systems opens additional issues such as NoC security. Finally, the complexity on modern and future embedded and mobile systems leads to the need to depart from manual planning and deployment of security features. Thus, design automation tools will be needed to design and verify the security features of new hardware/software systems. The workshop is a venue for security and cryptography experts to interact with the computer architecture and compilers community, aiming at cross-fertilization and multi-disciplinary approaches to security in computing systems. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to: Compiler and Runtime Support for Security Cryptography in Embedded and Reconfigurable Systems Design Automation and Verification of Security Efficient Cryptography through Multi/Many core Systems Fault Attacks and Countermeasures, including interaction with Fault Tolerance Hardware Architecture and Extensions for Cryptography Hardware/Software Security Techniques Hardware Trojans and Reverse Engineering Physical Unclonable Functions Reliability & Privacy in Embedded Systems Security of Cyberphysical Systems Security of Networks-on-Chips and Multi-core Architectures Side Channel Attacks and Countermeasures Engineering and efficient implementation of post-quantum cryptographic primitives The workshop seeks submissions from academia and industry, presenting novel research contributions and industrial case studies.

The 16th International Conference on the Integration of Constraint Programming, Artificial Intelligence, and Operations Research will be held in Thessaloniki, Greece, June 4 – 7, 2019.
The aim of the conference is to bring together interested researchers from Constraint Programming (CP), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Operations Research (OR) to present new techniques or applications and to provide an opportunity for researchers in one area to learn about techniques in the others. A main objective of this conference series is also to give these researchers the opportunity to show how the integration of techniques from different fields can lead to interesting results on large and complex problems. Therefore, papers that actively combine, integrate, or contrast approaches from more than one of the areas are especially solicited. High quality papers from a single area are also welcome, if they are of interest to other communities involved. Application papers showcasing CP/AI/OR techniques on novel and challenging applications or experience reports on such applications are strongly encouraged.
The program committee invites submissions that include but are not limited to the following topics:
Inference and relaxation methods: constraint propagation, cutting planes, global constraints, graph algorithms, dynamic programming, Lagrangian and convex relaxations, heuristic functions based on constraint relaxation. Search methods: branch and bound, intelligent backtracking, incomplete search, randomized search, portfolios, column generation, Benders decompositions or any other decomposition methods, local search, meta-heuristics. AI and Machine Learning techniques applied to solve optimization and Operations Research problems. Integration methods: solver communication, model transformations and solver selection, parallel and distributed solving, combining machine learning with combinatorial optimization. Modeling methods: comparison of models, symmetry breaking, uncertainty, dominance relationships. Innovative applications of CP/AI/OR techniques. Increasingly, sophisticated techniques from machine learning, data mining, statistics and natural language processing are being applied to challenges in security and privacy fields. However, experts from these areas have no medium where they can meet and exchange ideas so that strong collaborations can emerge, and cross-fertilization of these areas can occur. Moreover, current courses and curricula in security do not sufficiently emphasize background in these areas and students in security and privacy are not emerging with deep knowledge of these topics. Hence, we propose a workshop that will address the research and development efforts in which analytical techniques from machine learning, data mining, natural language processing and statistics are applied to solve security and privacy challenges. Submissions of papers related to methodology, design, techniques and new directions for security and privacy that make significant use of machine learning, data mining, statistics or natural language processing are welcome. Furthermore, submissions on educational topics and systems in the field of security analytics are also highly encouraged.

ADAPTIVE 2019
International Conference on Adaptive and Self-Adaptive Systems and Applications
ADAPTIVE 2019, The Tenth International Conference on Adaptive and Self-adaptive Systems and Applications, targets advanced system and application design paradigms driven by adaptiveness and self-adaptiveness. With the current tendencies in developing and deploying complex systems, and under the continuous changes of system and application requirements, adaptation is a key feature. Speed and scalability of changes require self-adaptation for special cases. How to build systems to be easily adaptive and self-adaptive, what constraints and what mechanisms must be used, and how to evaluate a stable state in such systems are challenging duties. Context-aware and user-aware are major situations where environment and user feedback is considered for further adaptation. ADAPTIVE 2019 is aimed at technical papers presenting research and practical results, industrial small- and large-scale systems, challenging applications, position papers addressing the pros and cons of specific topics, such as those being discussed in the standard fora or in industry consortia, survey papers addressing the key problems and solutions on any of the topics, short papers on work in progress, and panel proposals. We solicit both academic, research, and industrial contributions. We welcome technical papers presenting research and practical results, position papers addressing the pros and cons of specific proposals, such as those being discussed in the standard fora or in industry consortia, survey papers addressing the key problems and solutions on any of the above topics short papers on work in progress, and panel proposals. Industrial presentations are not subject to the format and content constraints of regular submissions. We expect short and long presentations that express industrial position and status.
