香港理工大学

招聘岗位：计算机博士生和研究助理

岗位详情：

老板是Ajay Kumar教授，印度籍，是IEEE Fellow, AIPR Fellow，目前在一线科研。

Ajay老师是生物特征识别领域的顶级专家，具体研究内容可以参考他个人主页 http://www.comp.polyu.edu.hk/~csajaykr 。

Ajay老师的团队学生不多（5个左右），但是每个学生文章质量很好。

最近刚毕业的两个Ph.D（都是中国学生）：

其中一个学生有TPAMI，TIP，TIFS等CCF A类期刊和若干会议；

另外一个学生，连续两次中ICCV，其中还有一篇Oral，还有若干TIFS、TIP等A类期刊。

奖学金是1w6港币每个月1w3+人民币，是完全能cover住宿和伙食，正常开销的情况下，每个月可以多出3k-6k人民币。而且1w6港币只是保底，可以申请拿到别的助学金。

招聘岗位：自然语言处理和计算社会学方向博士生（2-3名）

岗位介绍：

Applicants are invited to apply for PhD positions to work on natural language processing and computational social science with Dr. Chenhao Tan at the Department of Computer Science, University of Colorado Boulder. Dr. Tan's research interests include language and social dynamics, multi-community engagement, and human-centered machine learning. His work has been covered by many news media outlets, such as the New York Times and the Washington Post. He also won a Facebook fellowship and a Yahoo! Key Scientific Challenges award.

Successful applicants are expected to have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or social sciences with programming experience. Familiarity with one of the following areas is not required, but would be an advantage: machine learning and natural language processing. 招聘岗位：(Senior) Research Associate

岗位职责：

1.Lead a multidisciplinary team of researchers and engineers to help development of Al/Big data software/algorithms for efficient diagnosis, therapeutics and surgical treatments.

2Communicate with physicians/clinicians, provide

solutions/insights and translate research/clinical

requirements to concrete deliverables/milestones.

3.Investigate diverse algorithms/techniques, implementation, experimentation and technical feasibility to fulfill specific scientific purposes.

4.Assist to prepare documentations including scientific research papers, technical reports, and grant proposals.

任职要求：

1.Master/PhD degree in Computer science. Information engineering, or related fields of study.

2.Experience in software developments for machine learnlng/AI algorithms Is highly preferred.

3.Strong programming skills In C/C++/MATLAB/Python/R, or others related to Al/Big data applications.

4.Extensive knowledge In machine learning and Al algorithms, especially In data mlnlng/lmage analysis/natural language processing or others related to healthcare applications.

5.Strong mathematical/analytical foundation, problem solving skills, flexibility in acquiring new knowledge.

6.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Native Cantonese speakers are preferred.
