Information technologies and telecommunications are increasingly present in our daily lives, whether in mobile devices, radio equipment, monitoring of stocks in commercial spaces, among others. We intend with this conference to bring to the discussion the application of state-of-the-art information and communication technologies, essentially in the areas of social intervention and tourism. These two aspects are focused on the monitoring of users of social solidarity institutions and clients of tour operators at various levels (monitoring, real-time analysis, assistive robotics, support technologies, etc.). Researchers, academics, students and other interested parties are invited to submit their original research papers to ICTSST 2019, which we hope will contribute to a better society. ICTSST 2019 is an excellent opportunity for groups of researchers and academics to meet and create collaborative partnerships and networks.
Topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to: . Wearable, ambient and wellness measurement and monitoring technologies . Service and socially assistive technology for monitoring . Tools, and techniques for designing, implementing and deploying pervasive applications in assistive environments . Sensor networks for pervasive health care . Robotics and automation in assistive living systems . User Interfaces, usability and flexibility . Cognitive behavior analysis and monitoring . Privacy, security and risk analysis of data sharing in assistive environments . Computer-aided Physical therapy and occupational therapy systems . Human centered computing and the senior citizen . Social, ethical, legal and e-government issues in healthcare and aging . Social impacts of the use of pervasive technologies, government policy & access global healthcare, citizen standards and interoperability . IEEE ISORC was founded in 1998 (with its first meeting in Kyoto, Japan) to address research into the application of real-time object-oriented distributed technology. Since then, ISORC has continually evolved to meet the latest challenges faced by researchers and practitioners in the real-time domain, with an emphasis on object-, component- and service- oriented systems and solutions.
ISORC is a single-track conference, with a lively community. We have hosted a number of associated workshops, and are proud of our spirit of openness. We seek to encourage diverse views and new approaches to all Real-Time Issues and Challenges for novel applications and systems in RT computing issues.
Best papers from ISORC 2019 will be invited for submission to a Special Issue of a Journal that will be advertised in short

With the advent of software and electronics, automotive companies are enabling innovation to improve safety, security, driver experience, and driving automation. Moreover, the complexity and size of software keep growing because of future innovations, such as adaptive cruise control, lane keeping, self-learning algorithms, etc, which all leads to the ultimate goal of autonomous driving. Consequently, increasing use of software over the years, introduced the paradigm shift by requiring automotive companies to develop their systems using architecture and model-based techniques. Although model-based techniques using e.g. MATLAB/Simulink and Stateflow are being accepted in the automotive industry as standard languages and tooling for developing automotive control software, the techniques for system and software architecture are still far from being widely accepted. This is excluding the AUTOSAR standard, which defines the language for designing and configuring automotive software architectures and identifies major architectural components of automotive systems.
The goal of this workshop is to address issues related to the appropriate automotive system/software architecture and engineering techniques, which can be accepted by the automotive industry. Therefore, to bring together researchers and practitioners in the area of automotive system/software architecture and engineering, the international Workshop on Automotive Software Architectures (WASA) is being organized with the International Conference on Software Architecture (ICSA), the premier gathering of software architecture and component-based software engineering practitioners and researchers.

Effectively and efficiently retrieving information based on user needs is one of the most exciting areas in multimedia research. The Annual ACM International Conference on Multimedia Retrieval (ICMR) offers a great opportunity for exchanging leading-edge multimedia retrieval ideas among researchers, practitioners and other potential users of multimedia retrieval systems.
This annual conference, which puts together the long-lasting experiences of the former ACM CIVR (International Conference on Image and Video Retrieval) and ACM MIR (International Conference on Multimedia Information Retrieval) series, was set up in 2011 to illuminate the state of the arts in multimedia (e.g., text, image, video, audio, sensor data, 3D) retrieval. Following the successful previous editions of ICMR (see the complete ICMR history here): Trento, Italy 2011; Hong Kong, China 2012; Dallas, USA 2013; Glasgow, UK 2014; Shanghai, China 2015; New York, USA 2016; Bucharest, Romania 2017; and Yokohama, Japan 2018.
ACM ICMR 2019 is calling for papers presenting significant and innovative research in multimedia retrieval and related fields. Papers should extend the state of the art by addressing new problems or proposing insightful solutions. The scope of the conference includes core topics in multimedia retrieval and recommendation, as well as the broader set of topics that must be addressed to ensure that multimedia retrieval technologies are of practical use in real-world use cases. Special emphasis is placed on topics related to large-scale indexing, mixed reality user interaction, exploiting diverse and multimodal data, and domain-specific challenges.
