中文摘要: 有机太阳能电池因具有超薄、柔韧性好以及可大面积制造等诸多优点,在能源研究领域得到了广泛的关注。其中小分子有机半导体材料有合成工艺相对简单、容易实现较高的纯度、较大的电荷迁移率等特点,在太阳能电池应用上具有潜在的优势。然而,目前技术条件下,小分子光伏材料溶液加工成膜性较差,电荷传输特性不够理想。加之,有关有机半导体材料的相关物性研究以及器件的光电转换机理等仍然处于探索阶段,小分子有机太阳能电池的发展相对缓慢。本项目拟开展小分子体异质结有机太阳能电池物性方面的研究,选择典型、合适的小分子光伏材料,研究不同成膜方式对活性层薄膜的质量、光电特性以及体异质结膜中电荷的传导行为的影响,结合光伏器件性能分析,在物性研究的基础上进一步理解小分子体异质结有机太阳能电池的一些基本机制,特别是活性层薄膜自身的特性对器件性能的影响,从而为进一步提高小分子有机太阳能电池的性能提供方向和依据。

英文摘要: Organic solar cells (OSCs) have been drawn more attentions owing to their many advantages such as ultra-thin, flexibility and the possibility of large-area. Particularly, small molecule based organic photovoltaic materials have potential applications in OSCs because of their special merits, for example, easy synthesizing, high purity and high carrier mobility. However, the film quality for small molecule bulk heterojunction is poor under current technical conditions. In addition, the physical basis of organic semiconductors and the operational mechanism of organic electronics are still poorly understood, which result in relative slow progress in small molecule based OSCs. This project will carry out an investigation of the physical properties in small molecule based bulk heterojunction OSCs. By choosing suitable small molecule organic photovoltaic materials which can be deposited by both the vacuum thermally evaporating and the wet film processing technology (spin-coating), we will mainly investigate the effects of different film processing technology on the film qualities, the charge conducting behavior in bulk heterojunction films and the OSC performance.
