中文摘要: 金属有机框架材料在诸多功能特性方面已展现优良应用前景,但在不对称催化、传感功能方面研究相对较少。本项目拟以官能团化二酚类前驱体与环三膦腈模板设计合成系列具有多手性位点的刚性衍生物(多羧酸、四唑及吡啶类),构筑手性框架材料并尝试其在不对称催化及功能传感特性方面(如溶剂化变色、荧光性质改变)的应用,摸索衍生物的空间构型、作用位点、有效长度等对框架材料自组装规律的影响,探讨传感框架材料对外界因素或客体分子的响应机理,建立框架结构特征与其各种功能特性间的构效关系,以指导功能化框架材料的合理设计与组装。本项目预期取得的成果将极大丰富功能框架材料的范畴,并为其组装及实际应用提供重要的理论及实验依据。

英文摘要: Metal-Organic Framework had been attracted great attention due to their potential applications as functional materials in many field, also as asymmetric catalysis and chemical sensors.In this project, series of rigid derivatives with multiple chiral sites as multi-carboxylates,tetrazoles and pyridines derived from cyclotriphosphazene will be synthesized by utilizing the functional diphenol precursors and cyclotriphosphazene ring, used to construct the functional chiral materials and investigate the sensitive properties as solvatochromic and fluorescence; to investigate the relationships between the steric conformation,interaction sites and length of the derivatives and functional properties of frameworks; to probe the responsive mechanism of frameworks to external stimulus and guest molecules; to set up the structure-activity relationship between the structural characteristic and functional properties; To guide the rational design and construction of functional frameworks. The anticipated results of this work would enrichen the scopes of functional frameworks, and supply the theoretical and experimental foundations for functional frameworks.
