中文摘要: 本项目拟开发新型三维有序大孔(3DOM)稀土基纳米催化材料,系统研究3DOM稀土基纳米催化材料的可控制备、结构调控及催化性能。项目将重点探索3DOM稀土基纳米催化材料的可控制备、有序组装、结构调控、催化剂构型及贵金属负载等因素对其催化性能的影响,并以CO和甲醛催化氧化反应为典型评价体系,对3DOM稀土基纳米催化材料的催化性能进行系统评价。尝试通过对3DOM稀土基纳米催化材料的制备、结构及构型的调控和优化,获得孔径可调变、孔壁致密性好、孔材料强度高、三维周期性优良且催化优异的系列新型3DOM稀土基纳米催化材料。研究所开发的新型3DOM稀土基纳米催化材料将克服粉体稀土纳米催化材料循环利用难、易团聚、活性催化物种分散度低等问题,为获得新型性能优异的稀土基纳米催化材料提供理论基础和实际材料范例。

英文摘要: A series of novel rare earth-based three dimensionally ordered porous (3DOM) catalysts will be developed, and their controlled synthesis, structure modulation and catalytic property will be systematically studied in this project. The influences of synthetic parameters, ordered porous structures and supported noble metal species on the catalytic property of the 3DOM catalysts will be mainly focused using CO and HCHO catalytic oxidation reactions as two model probing reaction systems. Through controlling the synthesis and optimizing the structure and geometry of 3DOM catalysts, the rare earth-based 3DOM catalysts with three dimensionally ordered periodicity, adjustable porous structures, dense porous walls, strong mechanical intensity and superior catalytic property will be achieved. The obtained rare earth-based 3DOM catalysts will overcome the shortcomings of conventional powder catalysts, which are liable to aggregation and hard to be reused, and have lower loading rate and dispersion of catalytic active species. The research will offer the scientific guidance for developing novel rare earth based catalysts, which may find potential applications in in-door air decontamination and industrial catalysis.
