中文摘要: 低扬程泵站在我国跨流域调水、水环境改善、城市防洪和农业灌排等方面发挥了重要的作用。出水流道是低扬程泵站的重要组成部分,其水头损失占泵站扬程比重大,对泵装置效率影响大。出水流道是水泵导叶体和出水池之间的过渡段,其水力特性受到流量与导叶出口水流速度环量的交叉影响。目前对这方面的研究还较少,主要是因为导叶出口水流的速度环量难以检测。本课题组采用自主设计制作的旋度计解决了这一难题。本课题将研究模型水泵导叶出口水流速度环量与流量之间的关系,采用流道模型试验和数值模拟相结合的方法定量研究流量与环量对不同型式不同形线出水流道水力特性的影响规律,并揭示流量与环量对出水流道水力特性交叉影响的机理。本课题研究结果可指导低扬程泵装置出水流道和导叶的水力设计、提高泵装置水力设计水平和推动泵站水力学理论的发展。

英文摘要: Pumping stations with low head play a very important role in some areas of our county, such as interbasin water transfer, water environmental improvement, city flood control and agricultural irrigation and drainage. Outlet conduit is an important part of the pumping station, and head loss of the conduit accounts for high proportion of the head of pumping station so that it has a large influence on pump system efficiency. The outlet conduit is transition section between pump guide vane and outlet pool, its hydraulic characteristic is affected by both discharge and velocity circulation of flow at the guide vane exit. At present, research on this aspect is little because that the velocity circulation is hard to measure. Swirl meter, which is designed and produced by our research team, is used to solve the problem. Based on the swirl meter, the relationships between the velocity circulation and discharge of model pumps will be researched. Influence laws of discharge and circulation on hydraulic characteristic of outlet conduit with different types and different shapes will be researched quantitatively, by the method of combining conduit model test and numerical simulation.
