中文摘要: 禽蛋在运输、加工过程中产生的裂纹对其食用品质有很大影响,在储藏、销售前,通常需要检测并挑选出裂纹禽蛋。针对目前禽蛋裂纹检测(声脉冲响应信号分析法)存在的机构实现复杂,检测稳定性受制于多次敲击而难以保持等问题,本项目提出了通过采集禽蛋受机械激励后产生的声脉冲-振动二维响应信号,分析其在空气介质及禽蛋(薄壳椭球体结构)蛋壳表面分布、扩散及衰减情况,以期通过一次机械激励即可快速无损检测裂纹禽蛋的方法。为了实现该科学思路,本项目围绕着(1)如何在一次机械激励中,同步采集及集成稳定性强、信噪比高的声脉冲-振动二维信号;(2)如何从二维响应信号中挖掘出有效信息,以将完好和裂纹禽蛋的特征差异最大可能的表征出;(3)如何建立简洁、稳定的裂纹禽蛋判别模型,以适合在线检测的需要等关键问题展开研究,并制定相应的研究方案和技术路线。项目研究成果为禽蛋裂纹快速检测装备研制和开发提供理论基础和技术支持。

英文摘要: In commercial egg production and transportation, one of the main physical quality defects is the presence of cracks in eggshells.It mostly results in significant influence to egg edible quality. This project focuses on the problems caused by acoustic analysis such as complicated mechanism, the stabiity is restricted by multi-impactions and so on, and proposes a method for egg crack detection by analyzing acoustic response signal combined with vibrational response signal (two-dimensional signals) of shell eggs. It will be achieved by collection of acoustic response signal combined with vibrational response signal of shell eggs obtained from mechanical impaction, and analysis of distribution, diffusion and attenuation of response signal around air and eggshell. It is expected that detection of eggshell crack would be achieved by once impaction. In order to achieve the research objectives, the research will attach great attention to some key scientific issues, which are summarized as follows. First, how to obtain stable and high signal-to-niose ratio acoustic and vibrational response signal within one mechanical impaction. Second, how to extract effective information from response signal, which can express the difference between intact eggs and crack eggs as possible. Third, how to build robust and effective model
