中文摘要: 拟申请研究内容基于对国内外离心叶轮顶隙涡流运动及气动损失的研究现状和发展趋势提出的。整体工作以数值与实验验证-精细流场信息获得-物理机制分析-气动模型建立为主线条展开。主要研究内容包括:顶隙结构/气动参数与内泄漏的耦合关系、顶隙涡流特征的提取与物理机制认识、气动损失模型的建立。研究计划以实验为验证支撑点,以精细数值模拟和理论分析为主。以亚、跨声速半开式离心叶轮气动性能和关键流场实验测量来构造实验方案,采用学科交叉(空气动力学、流动测试技术、信号与图像处理技术、数学分析方法)的方式,完成顶隙涡流形成、发展和衰减内在关联因素的分析,澄清几类典型叶轮的结构/气动参数与顶隙内泄漏轨迹迁移耦合特征,这一特征主要体现在:气动(激波干涉、主流与内泄漏流掺混、刮削涡强度演变)、流态(幅值、频率、相位)。最终建立与顶隙涡流关联的气动损失模型,为半开式离心叶轮的气动优化设计提供控制顶隙涡流损失的方法。

英文摘要: The main objective of the proposal is to better quantify the vortex dynamic characteristics and the flow losses in the tip clearance of a centrifugal impeller, which is proposed based on the current fundamental research situations and development tendency of turbomachinery. This will be achieved through a coordinated modeling and experimental effort that: (A) experimentally validates the numerical simulations, (B) utilizes well planned simulations and experiments to directly obtain detailed and fine flow information, (C) analyzes and understands the physical mechanisms and (D) builds up a gas dynamic model. Focus will be placed on (A) understanding the coupling between geometry/dynamic parameters and inner leakage, (B) the pick-up of tip clearance vortex and the understanding of its physics mechanism, (C) the development of a dynamic loss model for consideration of the tip clearance. This proposal is focused on simulations and experiments of the phenomena with the tip clearance vortex in order to investigate the mechanisms and to explore the model, which describe the relations between centrifugal aerodynamic structures and internal flow.
