中文摘要: 认知无线电为缓解无线频谱资源的需求矛盾提供了一条新的途径,认知无线网络是认知无线电的网络化,向用户提供最佳的端到端性能。智能性是认知无线网络区别于其它无线网络的显著特点,而智能频谱决策是其具有智能性的关键技术之一,也是频谱共享等无线资源管理的基础。绿色通信旨在降低能量消耗,减少对环境的影响。本项目以绿色通信为指导,针对认知无线网络的端到端性能优化目标,旨在建立频谱决策参数的矢量资源池;构建能满足不同频谱决策规则的多粒度跨层优化模型;设计求解模型的智能多目标混合优化算法;防范频谱决策过程中可能遭受的安全威胁;采用理论分析、计算机仿真和初步的实际认知平台,验证频谱决策优化结果。项目最终目标使认知无线网络可以根据外在无线环境和认知用户需求,实现安全智能频谱决策。项目预期成果能有效推动认知无线网络的研究与发展,并为认知无线网络的工程应用奠定基础。

英文摘要: Cognitive radio provides a new way to ease the contradiction between supply and demand for the wireless spectrum resources. Cognitive radio network is the network morphology based on cognitive radio and it provides the best performances for end-user.. Intelligent is a significant characteristics of cognitive radio network which is different from the other wireless networks. Intelligent spectrum decision-making is one of the key issues of wireless resource management and is also the basis of spectrum resource management such as spectrum sharing and so on. Green Communications aims to reduce energy consumption and impact on the environment. The project is guided by green communications and addresses the end-to-end performance optimization of cognitive radio network. It aims to establish vector resource pool of spectrum decision parameters and construct cross-layer optimization model of spectrum decision-making to meet different decision rules. Then multi-objective hybrid intelligent algorithms are designed to realize them. Meanwhile, the security threats which may come from spectrum decision-making process should be prevent. Finally, it is to combine computer simulation and real cognitive platform to verify the optimization results of spectrum decision-making. The final goal is that cognitive radio network performs security intelligent spectrum decision-making based on the external wireless environment and cognitive user’s demands. The outcome of the project is expected to effectively promote the research and development of cognitive radio network, and to lay the foundation of cognitive radio network in the engineering application fields.
