Principle Investigator's previous work focuses on the optimization design of vascular stent structure, nonlinear finite element analysis of expansion and measurement of experiments. This research will start with studying the current status of art of the mechanical behavior and experimental instrument designs of stent. Then, this research will study the mechanical behavior optimization and measurement approaches of the stent coupling system. A compositive research strategy is available to study and manufacture the vascular stent with excellent mechanical properties. And practical compositive property level can be achieved. Specifically, ①Vascular, atherosclerotic plaque, stent and blood are regarded as a fluid-structure interaction(FSI) system. The FSI equation and numerical simulation of coupling system are studied to provide a theory basis for designing vascular stent with excellent properties. ②An numerical model that describes the hemodynamics of vascular, stent and blood coupling system before and after the interposition process is established and solved. Optimization model of mechanical behaviors in the hemodynamics based on multi-objective optimization strategy is established and relative solution and analysis tool is supplied. ③A measurement equipment of vascular stent mechanical properties is exploited.
