中文摘要: 高分子催化剂由于其重复利用性、可回收,被广泛应用于环境友好的化学反应过程。发展新型的高分子催化剂对发展环境友好的高效合成化学有着重要的意义,是有机合成、高分子化学和催化化学密切相关的交叉学科与交叉研究热点之一。本申请项目拟将发展新型聚胍双功能催化剂,包括在高分子主链(聚胍)或在侧链(聚烯丙胺)引入胍,提高有效催化基团胍的含量,从而提高其催化效率,考察其在有机合成中的应用;聚胍与Lewis 酸结合,进一步与贵金属形成双功能催化剂,用于催化反应并实现可重复利用性。通过对聚胍的结构修饰,考察其对催化效率、选择性、稳定性以及重复利用性的影响。期望通过聚胍双功能催化剂的设计、合成,利用不同催化组分的协同作用,揭示高分子双功能催化剂的催化性能与结构的关系,为相关新型高分子催化剂的设计及优化提供理论及技术支持。

英文摘要: The polymer-supported catalysts are widely used in environmental friendly chemical reaction process, because of their recovery,reuse and the simple isolation procedure. It's very important to develop new types of polymer-supported catalysts for environmental friendly efficient synthetic chemistry. It's one of hot topics on Interdisciplines and Intercross Research including organic synthesis, polymer chemistry and catalytic chemistry. This proposal focus on the development of new-type bifunctional polyguanidine catalysts to increase the content of guanidine and catalytic efficiency in organic synthesis, which the functional group of guanidine is in main chain of polymer or in side chain based on poly(allyl amine).The bifunctional catalysts formed by polyguanines, Lewis acids and noble metal salts can be used for organic reactions and achieve their recovery and reuse. It will reveal the relationship between the catalytic properties and structures through the design and preparation of bifunctional polyguanidine catalysts and the utilization of in-situ synergistic effect of catalytic multicomponents. It also will lay the foundation for the design and optimation of new type poymer-supported catalysts.
