中文摘要: 以富勒烯衍生物作为电子受体的有机光伏电池(OPVC)是当前科学研究的一大热点。电极是决定光伏器件性能的重要因素,电极的优化将成为OPVC下一步发展的重点。而目前载流子在电极界面的传输机制尚不清楚,这限制了电极的优化工作。富勒烯衍生物受体/金属(阴极)界面的电子结构信息,可为电极界面传输机制的理解提供指导,鉴于此本项目将研究富勒烯衍生物(PC61BM、PC71BM)与常用阴极金属(Ag,Au,Al和LiF/Al)界面的电子结构。分别通过超高真空原位沉积和旋涂的方法制备金属表面的富勒烯衍生物薄膜。采用光电子能谱(PES)、软X射线吸收谱(XAS)和密度泛函理论计算(DFT),对界面电子态进行系统研究,分析界面电子态的形成和衍变过程,得到完整的界面能级图。本项目的研究,不仅可以为OPVC受体/阴极界面的优化提供指导,而且可以促进对有机半导体/金属界面的理解。

英文摘要: The organic photovoltaic cells (OPVC), which use fullerence derivative as electron acceptors, is a hot topic in current scientific research. As the electrode is a key factor which determines the device performance, the optimization of the electrode will become the research focus in future. But the carriers transport mechanism at the electrode interface is still unclear so far, which limited the future work. The electronic structure of interface between fullerence derivative and metal (electrode) can guide the understanding of the mechanism, thus in this project we will study the electronic structures at the interface between fullerence derivative (including PC61BM and PC71BM) and cathode metals (including Ag, Au, Al and LiF/Al). We will prepare the sample by the means of the ultra-high vacuum heat deposition and spin coating onto the metal substrate, respectively. Using photoelectron spectroscopy (PES), X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS), combined with the density functional theory (DFT) calculation, we will investigate the interfacial electronic structures of the sample, studying the formation and derivation of the interfacial electronic structures, to obtain the integrated interfacial energy-level diagrams. This study can not only guide the optimization of the acceptor/cathode interface, but also help understanding the interface between organic semiconductor and metal.
