中文摘要: 本课题首次提出了对具有纳米域结构的多晶和单晶Nd2/3-xLi3xTiO3薄膜的制备及其热电性能的研究。具体来说,计划用磁控溅射等物理气相沉积方法制备具有纳米域结构的多晶Nd2/3-xLi3xTiO3薄膜,用脉冲激光沉积方法生长具有纳米域结构的单晶Nd2/3-xLi3xTiO3薄膜。结合Ti位Nb的掺杂,调节材料的电学性能,考察纳米域结构对材料热电性能的影响及作用机理。该课题不仅会进一步证实Nd2/3-xLi3xTiO3作为热电材料的潜力,也将有助于拓展氧化物热电材料的在纳米结构设计上的研究思路。

英文摘要: For the first time, this project plans to carry out the research on the preparation and thermoelectric properties of polycrystalline and monocrystalline Nd2/3-xLi3xTiO3 thin films composed of nano-domains. Specifically, polycrystalline Nd2/3-xLi3xTiO3 thin films will be prepared by magnetron sputtering method or other physical vapour deposition methods. Monocrystalline Nd2/3-xLi3xTiO3 thin films will be prepared by pulse laser depostion. In combination with Ti-site-Nb-doping, the effect of nano-domains on the thermoelectric properties of Nd2/3-xLi3xTiO3 will be studied. This project will not only further clarify the potential of Nd2/3-xLi3xTiO3 as thermoelectric material, but also give an insight into the nanostructure design for the development of oxide thermoelectric materials.
