英文摘要: Electrodeposition is an effective method for metal extraction and refining. Additives are known to play an irreplaceable role in increasing current efficiency, reducing power consumption, and producing leveled, smooth and compact cathodic deposits during metal electrodeposition process. According to the defects of traditional colloidal and organic additives, such as bad chemical and thermal stability, high toxicity, etc., the use of ionic liquids (ILs) as a kind of new additives in copper electrodeposition is firstly presented in this project based on the high chemical and thermal stability, good thermal and ionic conductivity and environment-friendly characteristics of ILs.Some system studies need to be done in aspects of the existing form of ILs in electrolyte, the adsorption mechanism of ILs on the metal surface, the influencing mechanism of ILs on the electrode reactions, and the growth and regulation mechanism of the cathodic copper in the presence of ILs.These studies not only provide important scientific significance for enriching the electrochemical theory of ILs and deeply understanding the mechanism of ILs in copper elecreodepsotion, but more importantly, provide theoretical basis for the developing of high efficient, good chemical and thermal stability, and environment-friendly novel additives and offer
