中文摘要: 本项目研究当前高速公路日常养护管理中面临的养护资源配置和养护计划调度两大类基本决策问题,提出相应的建模方法与决策算法。针对养护服务的网络化特征,提出基于数学规划技术的马尔科夫决策过程方法,实现养护资源的合理配置和养护服务网络的整体规划;在此基础上,研究确定环境和不确定环境下养护路线的计划调度问题,建立弧路径规划模型,并探索有效的求解策略,以及对上述两个决策过程进行联合优化的算法框架;应用GIS/GPS技术掌握养护活动的实时信息,并提出一个建立在动态事件属性与可选响应策略集合关联关系基础上的动态优化决策过程。最终系统而完整地提出一套针对高速公路日常养护管理进行资源配置和调度决策的理论和方法,促进高速公路养护管理科学决策水平的提高。本项目的研究为建立科学、高效的高速公路管理模式,以适应现代化、大规模和高质量的高速公路养护要求具有重要的学术价值和现实意义。

英文摘要: Two primary decision problems in daily maintenance management of highway network, namely resource allocation and scheduling optimization, are studied in this project. The modeling and solution techniques are proposed accordingly. Based on the mathematical programming technique, a Markov decision process method is proposed to solve the resource allocation problem and to plan the service network for daily maintenance. The scheduling optimization problems with deterministic and stochastic demand are formulated as arc routing problems, and the solution technique is studied to solve the problems. In addition, an iterative search algorithm is developed to solve the resource allocation and scheduling optimization problems simultaneously. GIS/GPS technologies are applied to obtain the real time information in daily maintenance, and a dynamic online optimization process is proposed to realize the real time optimization. Finally, a comprehensive methodology to support the decision making process in both the resource allocation and the scheduling optimization for daily maintenance of highway network is developed. The objective is to improve the management of highway network maintenance. The research results of this project have an important theoretical and realistic contribution in developing an effective highway network
