中文摘要: 在汽车发动机的防冻液中添加缓蚀剂成为扩大镁合金在汽车工业领域应用的一种有效手段。但传统缓蚀剂的成膜理论(吸附、氧化或沉淀成膜理论)既不能有效的为镁合金缓蚀剂的筛选提供理论指导,也很难对缓蚀剂在镁合金表面的作用机理做出合理解释。卟吩化合物对镁合金的腐蚀及电偶腐蚀具有优异的抑制效果,因此,本项目拟以卟吩化合物为代表,采用阵列电极技术结合扫描振动电极技术等微区微区电化学测试技术,研究卟吩化合物在AZ91D镁合金表面的微区作用机理,探明卟吩化合物在α相(Mg)和β相 (Mg17Al12)作用的差异性。在此基础上,采用XPS深层刻蚀等表面分析技术,探明镁合金表面缓蚀膜与腐蚀产物膜之间的构效关系以及在腐蚀抑制中的交互作用,系统地揭示卟吩类化合物对镁合金的缓蚀作用机理。这一研究不仅对拓展镁合金在汽车工业上的应用具有重要价值,而且对推动缓蚀剂理论的发展具有重要的意义。

英文摘要: It is an effective method to widen the application of magnesium alloy in the automobile industry by the addition of corrosion inhibitors in motor vehicle antifreeze fluid. However, the traditional inhibition mechanisms including the absorption, oxidation and precipitation can neither provide theoretical guidance for the screening of inhibitors of magnesium alloy, nor offering a reasonable explanation for the inhibition mechanism. It is shown that porphyrin compound has an excellent inhibition performance for the corrosion of magnesium alloy. Therefore, in this proposal, the inhibition mechanism of porphrin compound at the micro-region on the surface of magnesium alloy will be studied by using wire beam electrode (WBE) and the scanning vibrating electrode technique (SVET). The difference of inhibition between α and β phase ( Mg17Al12 ) will be significantly concerned. And then, the interaction effect between inhibitor film and corrosion product film will be investigated using surface analysis technique such as depth etching of XPS. Finally, the corrosion inhibition mechanism of porphyrin will be understood systematically. This study not only can widen the application of magnesium alloy in the automobile industry, but also can facilitate the development of inhibition theory of corrosion inhibitors.
