中文摘要: 微功率光伏逆变器(PVMI)高开关频率、高功率密度、低截面高度的发展趋势很明显,进一步发展面临效率降低、热设计难度急剧增大的瓶颈制约。针对PVMI的发展趋势和面临的瓶颈制约,结合集成化磁件可以有效提高变换器功率密度、降低损耗,平面化磁件热阻低、工艺一致性好等技术优势,本课题提出从集成化和平面化高频功率磁技术的这两个新角度,研究PVMI面临的独特新问题的解决方法。研究主要内容包括:高频功率磁件的集成、分析和磁功能集成的设计理论;平面集成磁件线圈损耗机理分析、建模与降耗技术研究;考虑了杂散参数的集成磁件电气模型建模与模型参数计算和测量;集成磁件容差敏感度研究及基于容差敏感度的工艺结构参数控制。研究成果不仅促进PVMI技术发展和太阳能利用,更丰富集成磁技术和平面磁技术的内涵和理论,填补其在DC/AC逆变器领域研究和应用的缺失。

英文摘要: With the development trends of high switching frequency ,high power density and low profile, the photovoltaic micro-inverter(PVMI) are challenged with lower efficiency and thermal design difficulty increased rapidly. According to the trends and the bottleneck challenges, combined with the advantages of integrated magnetics that can effectively improve the converter power density, while reduce loss, and planar magnetics that has lower thermal resistance and good process consistency, the two new views about integration and planarizartion on the high-frequency power magnetics are proposed to solve the unique problems of PVMI. The main research topics include: researching high-frequency power magnetics integration, analysis and design theory; planar integrated magnetics winding loss mechanism modeling, analysis and conservation technology; modeling the electric model of integrated magnetic considered the stray parameters ,also calculating and measuring the parameters; researching on the tolerance sensitivity about the integrated magnetics and process parameters control based on the sensitivity .
