中文摘要: 深紫外非线性光学材料在光刻加工、医学、高精尖科研设备、光化学等重要领域具有广泛应用。目前重要的深紫外非线性光学晶体KBBF存在层状习性严重、合成原料含有剧毒氧化铍的缺点,难以满足大规模应用和环境友好的要求。研究环境友好、无层状习性的新型深紫外波段非线性光学晶体材料是当前光电功能材料领域的前沿和重大挑战之一。本项目将主要在含有碱金属、碱土金属或Y3+、La3+等稀土离子的无铍硼磷酸盐化合物中进行新型深紫外非线性光学材料探索。一方面,通过结构-性能关系的研究,实现组分调控和分子剪裁,设计和发现同时包含[PO4]3-基团和平面[BO3]3-基团的新型无铍深紫外非线性光学材料;另一方面,通过调整助熔剂体系和改进合成方法,优化制备流程,合成和生长这些深紫外非线性光学材料。实现新型硼磷酸盐无铍深紫外非线性光学材料的合理的分子工程学设计和制备,探索出若干综合性能优良的深紫外非线性光学材料。

英文摘要: Deep-Ultraviolet (DUV) nonlinear optical (NLO) materials have many important applications in various scientific and technology fields, such as nano-manufacture, medicine, advanced instruments, photochemistry and precision spectrum analysis. In current stage, KBBF is the only known NLO material that can produce the DUV coherent light (wavelength less than 200 nm) by direct second harmonic generation method. However, KBBF has strong layer growth habit and contains the toxic beryllium element, which heavily hinders its practical applications. Exploration on the environment-friendly DUV NLO materials has become a hot and challenging topic in optoelectronic functional materials. In this project, we will focus on the design and synthesis of the non-beryllium boro-phosphate materials containing the alkaline/ alkaline earth cations and/or Y3+ and La3+ rare earth cations for DUV NLO applications. On one hand, the molecular engineering design on the non-beryllium boro-phosphate DUV NLO materials will be performed based on the elucidation of structure-property relationship. On the other hand, the synthesis and growth of these DUV NLO materials will be performed by optimizing the fluxing agent system and synthesis methods. The target is to discovery several non-beryllium boro-phosphate materials with good DUV NLO performances.
