Apps, Partners & Store (APS) 团队主要分布于苏州、巴黎和西雅图，致力于打造Windows系统上最优秀的应用体验，助力软件供应商和开发者，构建Microsoft Store应用生态。与Surface和各大国际知名软件供应商密切合作，持续打造最佳的原生Windows应用体验，为Windows不断注入新的亮点、爆点。

The Apps, Partners & Store (APS) team is an international team located in Suzhou, Paris, and Seattle. We are committed to providing the best application experience on Windows, supporting ISVs as well as developers, and improving the Microsoft Store application ecosystem. We also work closely with Surface and lots of famous ISVs to create the best native Windows application experience and continuously deliver new experiences to users.

APS苏州团队主要负责各类微软原生应用的开发和维护工作，包括计算器、记事本、时钟、相机等第一方原生应用，以及Microsoft Store 应用商店客户端。过去一年，团队开发的全新应用体验依托Windows 11平台运行在全球各种Windows 11的设备上。

The APS Suzhou team is mainly focused on the development and maintenance of various Windows native apps, including first-party applications such as calculator, notepad, clock, camera, etc., as well as the Microsoft Store client. In the past year, the rejuvenated application experience developed by the team was delivered to all Windows 11 devices around the world.

Craft highly interactive User Interface based on high fidelity designs.

与全球产品、设计、业务、测试团队共同协作实现和交付产品与功能

Plan, design, develop, test and deliver consumer facing features end to end in collaboration with program managers, designers, and engineers across multiple teams in different continents.

遵循最佳实践优化Microsoft Store 客户端及其基础建设

Follow best practices and improve the fundamentals of the Microsoft Store client codebase.

与技术负责人进行简明清晰的沟通

Communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders.

计算机相关专业本科及以上学历

BS or MS degree in Computer Science, or related field.

3年以上计算机相关工作经验，UWP、WPF或现代Windows应用开发经验者优先

3+ years of software engineering experience, prefer XAML (WPF or WinUI/UWP) related experience.

熟练运用一种编程语言或技术，如C#，C++，UWP，WPF，XAML等

Familiar with a programming language or technology, like C#, C++, UWP, XAML etc.

熟练掌握SQL和数据库开发

Good SQL and database development experience.

精于数据分析，具备坚实的数学、统计学基础。有大数据、数据仓库/数据湖、BI工具等相关开发经验优先

Good analytics skill, with solid Mathematics/Statistics foundation. Experience in Big Data system, Data Warehouse/Lake, BI tool or related field is preferred.
