中文摘要: 以特定功能为设计导向的新型手性分子材料构建与性能开发正成为21世纪的研究热点。多金属氧酸盐(简称多酸)作为一类具有优异催化活性,且在分子水平上可进行结构、组成和尺寸灵活调整的多功能型无机金属氧簇,若能再将手性引入其中,则可望进一步将多酸催化研究带入到不对称催化研究领域。但是,一直以来由于多酸自身高对称性、手性结构不稳定、易发生外消旋等原因,手性多酸合成进展缓慢,相应的催化研究也未深入开展。我们在大量前期工作中认识到利用具有稳定手性源的有机分子同多酸共价连接是获得结构稳定的旋光纯多酸手性分子复合材料的优选途径,也是开展催化研究的重要基础。基于此,本课题拟深入开展新型的基于共价键连的多酸-有机手性分子复合材料构建及其在不对称催化(烯胺催化)中的广泛应用。

英文摘要: The design and assembly of new chiral molecular materials based on specific functionalities is a hot topic in the 21st century. Polyoxometalates (POMs), as one of unique metal-oxo inorganic clusters, not only exhibit fantastic catalytic properties, but also can be flexibly adjusted on the molecular level for their composition, size and structural topology. If things go further that the chirality can be introduced into the POM molecular system, the interesting catalytic properties of POMs maybe used in the asymmetric catalysis. However, the synthesis of chiral POMs and their use in asymmetric catalysis has far unexplored due to the high symmetrical structural features of most POMs, the instability of most chiral POMs in solution and easy racemic transformation in most cases. Based on our previous work, we realize that the convalent connection of inorganic POMs with chiral organic molecules to form composite molecular materials is one of the best methods to obtain structurally stable and enatiomerically pure chiral POMs. The most important of all, such structurally stable chiral POMs is the key factor for the application of asymmetric catalysis.
