中文摘要: 本项目围绕探索生物催化制备手性导电聚苯胺的反应机理这一内容,开展血红蛋白催化手性导电聚苯胺的合成研究。通过研究血红蛋白的空间结构变化、其辅基和蛋白部分的作用、氨基酸的结构变化以及血红蛋白的活性和动力学性质变化对于手性导电聚苯胺合成的影响,寻找血红蛋白的结构和性质与手性导电聚苯胺形成之间的关系,得到生物分子催化合成手性导电聚苯胺形成的结构基础和规律。

英文摘要: This project concentrates on the expolration of reaction mechamism of the producing of chiral conducting polyaniline catalyzed by biocatalysts. In order to obtain the reaction mechanism, Hemoglobin-catalyzed syntheis of chiral conducting polyaniline is investigated. The effects of stereostructure, prothetic group and protein part, variation of amino acid and kinetics and other properties of Hemoglobin on the synthesis of chiral conducting polyaniline will be explored during the reaction process. The relationship between the properties of biomolecules and the producing of chiral polyaniline is to find. Therefore the conditions and disciplines of the synthesis of chiral polyanilne catalyzed by Hemoglobin are got to provide the theory guidance for the producing of chiral conducting polyaniline catalyzed by biocatalysts.
