软大中华区全球技术支持中心（CSS GCR）是微软亚太区最高级别的技术支持中心，拥有几乎涵盖所有产品的专家级技术力量，为亚太以及全球商业客户提供顶级的技术支持服务。

Data & AI 团队主要围绕数据库以及商业智能相关产品，包含但不仅限于SQL Server，云数据库（Azure SQL DB），大数据，数据仓储等产品，团队目前约有近百位顶尖技术专家，分布在上海，无锡以及台北三个城市，为全球用户提供全方位的技术服务以及支持，服务范围涵盖：为大中型企业提供的顶级技术支持，为中小企业提供的专业级技术支持，以及为个人和消费者提供免费的论坛技术支持。

Big Data

Title: Support Engineer

Location: Shanghai / Wuxi

Qualifications:

Open Source:
Troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Familiar with Hadoop, Spark (is plus), Spark Streaming, Hive, Hbase, Kafka, Storm, Spark Machine Learning Studio (any two of components). Coding experience on Java or Python or Scala.
Data Movement:
Experience on implementing Data Solution, such as ETL, BI design and develop or SQL Server Integration Service – SSIS. Experienced Database technology: SQL server, Oracle or Other Relation Database (DBA is plus).
No SQL DB:
Experienced No SQL DB technology: MongoDB, Apache TinkerPop, Apache Cassandra. Coding experience with Net/.Net Core, JavaScript or Node.js.

AI&IoT

Title: Support Engineer

Location: Shanghai / Wuxi

Qualifications：

Basic troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills, experienced C/C++, C# or Java coding skills
Machine Learning experience, familiar with one of deep learning frameworks: Tensorflow, Pytorch, Caffe, Mxnet, etc
Raspberry Pi, Arduino or IoT device coding experience

OpenSource

Title: Support Engineer

Location: Wuxi

Qualifications：

Knowledgeable of PostgreSQL/MySQL data structures and architecture, replication and high availability, tuning and scalability.
Strong experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL troubleshooting skillset.
Understanding of common OSS development languages like Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, R, PHP, Perl are a plus.

Azure SQL VM

Title: Support Engineer

Location: Shanghai / Wuxi

Qualifications:

Strong experience with database management system, like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc..
Good communication skill and logical thinking ability.
Knowledgeable of computer science and cloud environment management / troubleshooting, Azure, AWS, etc..

PowerBI

Title: Support Engineer

Location: Taipei / Shanghai / Wuxi

Qualifications:

Strong troubleshooting, quick learning and logic thinking skills.
Knowledgeable of Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline.
Relational DB technologies including SQL, Oracle and others. Operational BI products including SQL Analysis or Reporting Services. Business Objects Analytical BI products such as PowerBI, Tableau and etc.
