Hybrid Systems: Computation and Control (HSCC) 2019 is the 22nd in a series of conferences focusing on original research on concepts, tools, and techniques from computer science, control theory, and applied mathematics for the analysis and control of hybrid dynamical systems, with an emphasis on computational aspects. By drawing on strategies from computation and control, the hybrid systems field offers techniques that are applicable to both man-made cyber-physical systems (ranging from small robots to global infrastructure networks) and natural systems (ranging from biochemical networks to physiological models). Papers in the conference are expected to range over a wide spectrum of topics from theoretical results to practical considerations, and from academic research to industrial adoption.
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
Mathematical foundations, computability and complexity Analysis, verification, validation, and testing Modeling paradigms and techniques Design, synthesis, planning, and control Programming and specification languages Network science and network-based control Security, privacy, and resilience for cyber-physical systems with focus on computation and control Safe autonomy, Artificial intelligence and Machine learning in cyber- physical systems Software tools for the above topics Applications and industrial case studies in: automotive, transportation, autonomous systems, avionics, energy and power, robotics, medical devices, manufacturing, systems and synthetic biology, models for the life sciences, and other related areas.
New this Year! Special track papers on Safe autonomy, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning: We invite regular submissions in topics related to safe autonomy, AI and ML in CPS. Formatting instructions are same as that for regular papers, however, the authors will indicate their interest in the special track during the submission. We will include these in a special session at HSCC along with few invited speakers related to this topic.

The ACM/IEEE International Conference on Internet of Things Design and Implementation (IoTDI) is a premier venue on IoT. To reflect the interconnection of IoT with both cloud computing and cyber-physical systems, IoTDI is co-located in even years with IEEE IC2E and in odd years with CPS-IoT Week. In 2019, IoTDI will be held for the fourth time, and will be part of CPS-IoT WEEK 2019.
A confluence of technological advances marks the advent of a new era. World data volume is growing at an unprecedented pace, much of it from embedded devices. Smart cities are expected to grow, fed by millions of data points from multitudes of human and physical sources. Cyber-attacks grow more nefarious, bringing down physical systems. Social networks are becoming ubiquitous, offering information on physical things. The separation between cyber, physical, and social systems is blurring. Collectively, these developments lead to the emergence of a new field, where the networking and physical realms meet. It is the field of the Internet of Things (IoT). This conference is an interdisciplinary forum to discuss challenges, technologies, and emerging directions in system design and implementation that pertain to IoT. This conference invites researchers and practitioners from academia, industry and government, and accepts original, previously unpublished work on a range of topics related to IoT.
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
• Analytic foundations and theory of IoT • Reliability, security, timeliness, and robustness in IoT systems • Novel protocols and network abstractions • Data streaming architectures and machine learning analytics for IoT • IoT-motivated cyber-physical and Industrial IoT (IIoT) systems • Novel quality requirements and their enforcement mechanisms • Cloud back-ends and resource management for IoT applications • Edge and fog computing • Personal, wearable, and other embedded networked front-ends • Social computing and human-in-the-loop issues • Applications domains (e.g., smart cities, smart health, smart buildings, smart transportation) • Deployment experiences, case studies & lessons learned • Evaluation and testbeds Accepted papers of particular merit will be invited to submit an extended version to the ACM Transactions on the Internet of Things (TIOT).

The ACM Multimedia Systems Conference (MMSys) provides a forum for researchers to present and share their latest research findings in multimedia systems. While research about specific aspects of multimedia systems are regularly published in the various proceedings and transactions of the networking, operating system, real-time system, database, mobile computing, distributed systems, and middleware communities, MMSys aims to cut across these domains in the context of multimedia data types. This provides a unique opportunity to investigate the intersections and the inter-play of the various approaches and solutions developed across these domains to deal with multimedia data types.

Data intelligence and data security are two closely related areas, with data management serving as the base for both. The three areas can be considered as the three dimensions of data, which are the keys to new knowledge and solutions. In this era of big data, constant challenges are present for both academia and industry. Those challenges are also great opportunities for innovative ideas, tools and technologies.
The 2nd International Conference on Data Intelligence and Security (ICDIS 2019) is oriented to: (1) provide a unique forum where data management, data intelligence, and data security are all involved; (2) provide a forum for researchers, experts, professionals and stakeholders in related fields to disseminate their recent advances and share their views on future perspectives.
The topics of ICDIS 2019 include three aspects: data management, data intelligence and cyber-security.

With around 1,000 submissions and 500 participants each year, the IEEE International Conference on Multimedia & Expo (ICME) has been the flagship multimedia conference sponsored by four IEEE societies since 2000. It serves as a forum to promote the exchange of the latest advances in multimedia technologies, systems, and applications from both the research and development perspectives of the circuits and systems, communications, computer, and signal processing communities. In 2019, an Exposition of multimedia products, prototypes and animations will be held in conjunction with the conference.
ICME 2019 aims to have high quality oral and poster presentations. Several awards sponsored by industry and institutions will be given out. Best papers will be presented in a single‐track session to all participants. Accepted papers have to be registered and presented; otherwise, they will not be included in the IEEE Xplore Library. A number of Workshops will be organized by the sponsoring societies. To further foster new emerging topics, ICME 2019 also welcomes researchers, developers and practitioners to organize regular Workshops. Industrial exhibitions are held in parallel with the main conference. Tutorials , Special Sessions , and Demos are also invited.
