张立茂博士，2014 年于华中科技大学博士毕业，2017 年在新加坡南洋理工大学（NTU）土木与环境工程学院任助理教授，2022 年 1 月起加入华中科技大学土木与水利工程学院担任教授博导。国家海外高层次青年人才计划入选者，担任国际权威期刊 automation in construction 编委。研究成果以第一或通讯作者在 ieee trans on fuzzy systems, automation in construction, reliability engineering and system safety, computer-aided civil and infrastructure engineering 等权威期刊发表 SCI 论文 90 多篇，5 篇论文入选“esi 高被引论文”，1 篇论文入选“esi 热点论文”，谷歌学术总引用数 3000+，h 指数 30+。获国家发明专利 4 项。
