在各位专家学者们的积极参与下,目前 IEEE CEC 2019 已批准 73 个 Special sessions (总数创CEC历史新高) 和 4个 Competitions , 并且已经成功邀请到 IEEE Fellow:Gary Yen 教授 做 Plenary talk 以及 IEEE Fellow:Xin Yao 教授做Public Lecture (后续还会 公布更多,敬请期待)。
